Heavenly Father,
Thank you for drying every tear I’ve ever shed. Thank you that in every moment I felt like I couldn’t go on you gave me enough strength to push through. Jesus, thank you because I know you are made perfect in my weakness. I admit that in the area of parenting, there is so much room for you to fill the gaps.
In moments when I’ve become undone, you hold me together. I may not know the outcome of our situation, but I put my faith and complete trust in you. Father, I want to see your glory, in my life, and in the life of my child. Help me to cling on to you.
Keep my mind on things above and not on earthly things. When I am troubled about many things, help me chose the one thing that will never be taken away from me. I boldly declare that my faith would grow because of this. Your word promises that with faith the size of a mustard seed, you can move mountains. I declare this mountain would be moved into the sea of your unending grace, and that you would find me there, soaking in the peace that you have it all under control.
I find my complete rest in you. Forgive me for the moments I shook my fist and claimed it was unfair. The cross was not fair, but you still chose to die in my place. Fix my gaze on the things that are unseen. I look forward to the moment I get to spend eternity with you.
In Jesus Name,
Amen!
